    Select strain, collected from genetically superior specimans in Northwest Pennsylvania. Fast-growing oak, maturing with a broad round head, leaves turning a red to reddish-brown in Autumn. Will tolerate a wide range of soil types from acid to alkaline.

    Tolerant to dry, exposed sites and pollution. Good for wildlife and reforestation.
